2012 Malta-Commonwealth Third Country Training Programme - Modern Diplomacy for Small States
The MTCTP began in 1995 and since then over 1,250 Commonwealth officials have been trained. Participants in this programme will learn about current challenges and organisational needs of diplomacy of small states.
